Martial Arts can provide us with so much more than just self defense. Our Tai Chi classes, Hosted by Master Greg Fahey from
Northern Kentucky Shaolin-do Kung Fu and Tai Chi, focuses on healing through movement. The flow of gentle movements in his classes stimulate blood flow, coordination, balance and agility, while calming the mind and creating inner presence and peace.
These classes are available for anyone 7years or old, but are ideal for those who want to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and focus without feeling at risk in deep joint poses or while doing high kicks, quick motions, or jumping.
Classes are 45minutes 2 days a week. They take place in doors on a matted floor to help control temperature and offer safety in the summer months. Students can join for all 8 classes in a session, or choose just 1 day per week for 4 classes a session instead of 8. Sessions can be prorated for classes missed after the start of the program.
Classes during the summer will be offered in 4 week sessions to allow participants to join without missing out due to vacations or other conflicts. Join today, spaces are Limited!
