White Belt Classes: Ages 7+ Level 1
An 8-week program, two 1-hour long classes per week - 16 classes in total. Level 3 is for ages 3-6, Level 1 for students who are 7 and older.
The goal of this program is to introduce the fundamental kicks, footwork, stances, blocks, punches, self-defense skills, and application of such techniques. Colored Belt and Black Belt Classes: Building on Intro Level Fundamentals
These classes are divided into 3 levels - Beginners (orange belts through green tips), Intermediates (green belts through red tips), and Advanced (red belts through black belts).
This enables students and instructors to focus on material specific to the students’ skill sets and allows us to keep the classes smaller with a higher instructor to student ratio.
Average class sizes are 4-12 students, with an average instructor ratio of 2-6 students per black belt instructor. We often see siblings and families involved in these classes together.
We teach students how to progress to their next rank belt through a combination of warm-ups, conditioning, skills training, and stretching. Each student gets a complete workout and an opportunity to improve in ways necessary to challenge themselves and advance. Call us today for further details. We offer a 10% DISCOUNT for first responders, military personnel, veterans and their immediate family members.
